After returning from a very successful sales training in Panama City, FL- it got us wondering…how much emphasis and importance does your organization put on sales? Besides “the talk”. Meaning- when things are great- we like to high five and cheer each other but when things get tough- everyone starts looking at the sales force and saying, “where’s the revenue”? Of course they are responsible but aren’t we ALL SALES PEOPLE within an organization?

We think its a disservice to invest in sales people “when the time is right”. Is the time “ever right”?

Shouldn’t sales be top of mind each and every day and shouldn’t we be investing in the “hand that feeds us” day in and day out?
