Kate, no one has ever really honed in on negotiating skills with me. Throughout my years in hospitality I have picked up a few things here and there from listening and watching others, but never to the extent of what you taught us. Scott, your CCW approach was by far my biggest A-HA! moment. Opening a new hotel is amazing, but we are slowly starting to realize new challenges.
